About this role

A Camp Facilitator stands next to kids in the moments that matter most in a camp season: the first tent pitched alone, the first time leading a team, the first time getting back up after failing. You don’t teach from a lesson plan — you set up experiences that teach.

You’ll work in a team of 4–6 facilitators per camp, trained to ICF standards before the season, with operations and medical teams behind you. This role reports to the Camp Director.

What you’ll do

  • Lead groups of 10–14 kids through outdoor activities: shelter building, navigation, team challenges.
  • Run post-activity debriefs using ICF coaching frameworks — help kids draw their own lessons.
  • Own safety end to end: equipment checks, protocol compliance, proper incident reporting.
  • Observe and log each child’s progress for the parent report after every camp season.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on schedules, logistics and parent communication.

Who we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year working with children or teens (education, extracurriculars, scouting…).
  • Love the outdoors and be ready for 5–10 day camps away from home.
  • Strong Vietnamese communication; conversational English is a plus.
  • Calm under pressure, with child safety above everything.
  • No coaching certificate needed — we train you to ICF standards.

You don’t need to tick every box. If you believe you’re right for this work, apply anyway — we assess the person first, the CV second.
