A Camp Facilitator stands next to kids in the moments that matter most in a camp season: the first tent pitched alone, the first time leading a team, the first time getting back up after failing. You don’t teach from a lesson plan — you set up experiences that teach.
You’ll work in a team of 4–6 facilitators per camp, trained to ICF standards before the season, with operations and medical teams behind you. This role reports to the Camp Director.
You don’t need to tick every box. If you believe you’re right for this work, apply anyway — we assess the person first, the CV second.
