Being ICF Ambassador for Vietnam is not a logo we license. It is a person holding a seat: representing the International Camping Fellowship in-country, answering for the standard, and carrying it into how Go Fly hires, trains, and runs every program.

Our CEO holds one non-negotiable: every program must be safe, fun, and genuinely educational, never just two out of three. He designs every program from conception to delivery: camps, team-building, and skills education across every age group Go Fly serves, trains the staff who run them, and owns the outcome of every activity. Delivered in-house or in partnership with schools, universities, and organizations, the standard stays the same: professional, result-oriented, and built to a level of rigor most of the market rarely matches.

International track record

Before Go Fly, Leonel personally organized 100+ full-scale camps and worked as an international program consultant for youth leadership camps across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

400+ counselors and staff, both Vietnamese and international, personally trained in facilitation, safety, and team-building.

Built for Vietnam

10+ years pioneering summer camp culture in Vietnam, directed programs in partnership with 40+ educational institutions, NGOs, and corporate sponsors. Co-created Global Champions, a partner-run competition now among Vietnam’s largest for K-12 students.

Child protection & safety oversight

Oversees child protection, safety protocols, and emergency response across every program Go Fly runs. With the standard he’s accountable for, not just trained on.

We don’t trade safety for speed.

Every facilitator is vetted and trained on our safeguarding policy before they’re allowed near your child or your team. Not everyone passes. That’s the standard, not the exception.

Every location is scouted and safety-checked in advance, no more than 10–15 minutes from a hospital, every time. Programs are designed around the weather itself: the right mix of indoor and outdoor activity, not just a schedule that looks good on paper. Everyone on a program, staff and participants alike, is insured.
